Linda Roberts MS RD
Linda Roberts, a registered licensed dietitian, has worked in nutrition and food service operations for over 25 years. Ms Roberts career includes food service management in a metropolitan hospital, clinical dietitian, behaviorist, and independent contractor. Realizing a lifelong dream of business ownership Ms Roberts incorporated Linda Roberts and Associates in 1996. LRA has grown into a nationally recognized dietitian consulting firm contributing to the nutrition care of thousands of elders.
Upon incorporation a potential client asked, “How are you going to keep-‐ up with regulatory changes and trends?” Her response, become active in the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics practice group, Dietetics in Health Care Communities (DHCC). She served as Chair 2008-‐09, currently serves as DHCC liaison to Pioneer Network, and was named the Academy’s representative to the prestigious Pioneer Network Food and Dining Clinical Standards Task Force.
Advancing the profession of dietetics in long-‐term living sparked a passion for writing and presenting information to other practitioners. Ms Roberts was lead author of the Standards of Practice/Standards of Professional Performance for the Registered Dietitian in the Extended Care Setting, content advisor to the the Academy’s Position Paper: Individualized Nutrition Approaches for Older Adults in Health Care Communities, reviewer for the Academy’s Position Paper: Food and Water Safety, and reviewer of American Medical Directors Association Altered Nutrition Status in the Long-‐term Care Setting Clinical Practice Guidelines.
Ms Roberts is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics and a Master of Science degree in Nutrition.

Donna Zolecki, Operations Director Dialysis, is a registered licensed dietitian and has worked in long-term care for over 20 years. Upon graduation from college Donna contracted with ARAMARK as an Assistant Food Service Director/Clinical Dietitian assigned to a continuous care retirement community (CCRC) in Rockford. Seeking further challenge she transferred to Addolorata Villa, a larger CCRC in the Chicago market. After six years Addolorata Villa elected to go self-op, bought-out Donna’s ARAMARK contract, and promoted her to Food Service Director. Donna joined LRA in 2003 enhancing client services through systems development, regulatory compliance, and fiscal management.
Donna was a volunteer for Dietetics in Health Care Communities (DHCC) a practice group of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, including serving as Chair of IL DHCC (2006-07).
Donna is an honors graduate from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science degree while fulfilling requirements for the coordinated undergraduate program in dietetics.
Jane Jarrett RD LDN

Jane Jarrett, Regional Director, is a registered licensed dietitian and has worked in long-term care for almost 30 years. Jane’s passion for geriatric dietetics began in high school with her first job as a dietary aide at the Geneva Retirement Center. Upon college graduation Jane worked as a Food Service Director during which time she successfully completed the prerequisites for dietetic registration. After the birth of her first son Jane began her consulting career as a private practitioner, consulting to local long-term care facilities. She joined Linda Roberts & Associates in 2005 and has been an invaluable asset to LRA, our clients, and most importantly the elders served.
Jane’s interest in volunteering resulted in a term as Chair (2010-2011) of the Illinois Dietetics in Health Care Communities. Registered Dietitians, Dietetic Technicians Registered and Certified Dietary Managers praised the educational program coordinated under Jane’s leadership.
Jane graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics.
